La actividad física y los factores relacionados con los diferentes períodos de la vida - Comprensión de la fuerza de las limitaciones ambientales

Resumen

Actualmente, hemos visto un aumento en la disponibilidad de medios electrónicos en el entorno del hogar, donde las nuevas tecnologías de medios electrónicos (TV, computadoras, inalámbricos, banda ancha, equipos multifuncionales y videojuegos interactivos) son una parte integral del hogar y son utilizados diariamente por las personas. , lo que implica una reducción en las oportunidades de realizar actividades físicas en el hogar y más tiempo en conductas sedentarias, reduciendo el gasto energético total. Así, el objetivo de este ensayo es presentar, en reflexión, los factores asociados a la práctica de la actividad física a lo largo de la vida, ante los diferentes determinantes de la actividad física. Fue un ensayo reflexivo que nos brindó un amplio análisis de los comportamientos sedentarios. Por lo tanto, los niños están expuestos diariamente a múltiples dispositivos que pueden estimular comportamientos sedentarios o actividad física, y es probable que el entorno del hogar influya en esta elección. Las teorías sugieren que la definición de comportamiento sedentario o activo depende en parte de la facilidad de acceso a la actividad física o sedentaria en el hogar y el vecindario. En relación a las diferentes etapas de la vida, observamos una mayor cantidad y uso de equipos para la actividad física en la infancia, excepto el skate y los equipos de "fitness" que en adolescentes y adultos. Nuestros resultados parecen contribuir al desarrollo de programas de promoción de la salud en diferentes etapas de nuestra vida, por lo que requieren una mayor comprensión de la transitoriedad a lo largo de las etapas de la vida.

Erinaldo Luiz de Andrade, Universidade São Judas Tadeu, São Paulo

Possui graduação em Educação Física pela Faculdade de Educação Física de Santo André (1994), mestrado em Saúde Pública pela Faculdade de Saúde Pública-USP (2001) e doutorado em Educação Física pela Universidade São Judas Tadeu (2016). Atualmente é coordenador do curso de educação física da Universidade Nove de Julho e professor da Universidade Nove de Julho. Tem experiência na área de Educação Física, com ênfase em Atividade Física e Saúde, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: atividade física, promoção de saúde.

É doutorando em Educação Física pela Universidade São Judas Tadeu, membro do Grupo de Estudos em Treinamento, Atividade Física e Saúde pela Universidade São Judas Tadeu, mestre em Educação pela Universidade Nove de Julho, Especialista em Saúde da Mulher no Climatério 2003-2004 e 2004-2005 pela Universidade de São Paulo e Licenciado e Bacharel em Educação Física pela Universidade Nove de Julho. Lecionou por 12 anos no Departamento de Educação da Universidade Nove de Julho, nas disciplinas de História e Introdução à Educação Física, Antropologia e Sociologia da Educação, TCC I e TCC II, Prática de Ensino, Seminários e Metodologia da Pesquisa. Aylton Figueira Junior, Universidade São Judas, São Paulo

Aylton Figueira Júnior é formado em Educação Física (1985-1988), especialista em Ciências do Esporte pelo Laboratório deAptidão Física de São Caetano do Sul - São Paulo - Brasil (CELAFISCS), e membro de 1987 a 2000. Pós-Graduação em Ciências do Esporte na Faculdade de Educação Física de São Caetano do Sul (1989-1990) e Fisiologia do Exercício e Bioquímica Instituto de Esportes e não Cultura Manuel Fajardo Medicina Física - Havana - Cuba (1991). Coordenador do curso de Pós-graduação em Treinamento Esportivo da FMU. Docente dos Cursos de Graduação da UNINOVE e USJT. Membro da American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM desde 2003) e da Rede Mundial de Atividade Física e Ambiental (2011) e da Sociedade Japonesa de Educação Física, Saúde e Ciências do Desporto. Professor do Programa de Mestrado e Doutorado da Universidade São Judas Tadeu (USJT), desde 2009. Professor convidado do Programa de Mestrado em Fisiologia Clinica do Exercício ? Universidad Mayor ? Chile. Membro do CNPq (ad hoc) e da FAPESP (Ad hoc). Assessor do Conselho do Estado de Educação do Estado de São Paulo (desde 2009). Vencedor do Prêmio Literatura Esportiva do Ano oferecida pelo Colégio Brasileiro de Ciências do Esporte (2015) e ganhador da Medalha da Educação Física delegada pelo Conselho Regional de Educação Física.
